This piece is a celebration of a character I’ve loved for years. Not only is this my biggest painting I’ve created to date, but most importantly, the most rewarding. I wanted this piece to capture the feeling I get every time I watch a Spider-Man movie, the excitement, the nostalgia, the music, and the feeling of being completely immersed by the MCU.
I’m so grateful to be able to share a little piece of that feeling with other Spidey fans all over the world.
I documented the entire process in a six part series which you can watch here, as we counted down to the release of Brand New Day - which was a great way to celebrate by the way!
Now it’s time for Spidey to find a new home and begin a brand new day of his own. I’m hoping he finds his way to someone who shares the same love for Spiderman, Marvel, and all the nostalgia, excitement and joy that went into creating him. If that’s you, I’d love for you to have him.
